It was late, I participated in another endless meeting, struggling to figure out the best way to handle the complex data tree in our new Dashboard React application… Every possible solution we raised was just not good enough. Until salvation came… Boom! We will use React Recoil!
Our problem was that we needed to share data between components in a React application, using a complex dynamic data tree and to render a component without rendering the whole application.
In this talk, I will explain what Recoil is, its advantages over React Context and Redux, and how it helped us manage our Dashboard state.
